This repository is now closed for new commits. The codebase and its git
history have been migrated to the [Argo CD
repository](https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd) under the
gitops-engine directory.

If you have open PRs or Issues in this repo and believe it is
important, please reopen it in Argo CD.
