Some improvements for Tekton tasks and pipelines ( #2333 )

- AH now requires Tekton packages to strictly follow the Tekton catalog
directory structure (before we were more relaxed and some other
alternatives were accepted as well)
- Supported platforms are now tracked and displayed in the UI
- Examples provided in the `samples` folder can now be visualized the UI
from a dedicated modal

Add logoURL field to generic package metadata file ( #1085 )

Now, in addition to reference logo images stored in the repository, it's
possible to use logo images available in remote urls for OPA, Falco and
Tinkerbell actions packages.
