baude 1d7884b9a4 Fix test syntax 
Remove the use of bash -c unless it involves a bash pipe. Also, use
run test_runner.sh inside script so that centos can be happy.

baude 7f531263e6 Add default CNI configuration 
podman needs a pair of configuration files to set up its default
network configuration: a bridge and loopback file.
