system reset: show graphRoot/runRoot before removal
system reset it says it will delete containers, images, networks, etc...
However it will also delete the graphRoot and runRoot directories.
Normally this is not an issue, however in same cases these directories
were set to the users home directory or some other important system
directory.

As first step simply show the directories that are configured and thus
will be deleted by reset. As future step we could implement some
safeguard will will not delete some known important directories however
I tried to keep it simple for now.

system-reset: use CleanCacheMount to clear build cache
Just like buildkit buildah must allow cleaning the buildcache and cache generated on host by --mount=type=cache just like buildkit's prune command.

Matthew Heon 259c79963f Improve robustness of `podman system reset`
Firstly, reset is now managed by the runtime itself as a part of
initialization. This ensures that it can be used even with
runtimes that would otherwise fail to be created - most notably,
when the user has changed a core path
(runroot/root/tmpdir/staticdir).

Secondly, we now attempt a best-effort removal even if the store
completely fails to be configured.

Third, we now hold the alive lock for the entire reset operation.
This ensures that no other Podman process can start while we are
running a system reset, and removes any possibility of a race
where a user tries to create containers or pull images while we
are trying to perform a reset.

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] we do not test reset last I checked.

podman system reset did not clean up machines fully, leaving some config
files, and breaking machines. Now it removes all machines files fully.

enable errcheck linter
The errcheck linter makes sure that errors are always check and not
ignored by accident. It spotted a lot of unchecked errors, mostly in the
tests but also some real problem in the code.

enable gocritic linter
The linter ensures a common code style.
- use switch/case instead of else if
- use if instead of switch/case for single case statement
- add space between comment and text
- detect the use of defer with os.Exit()
- use short form var += "..." instead of var = var + "..."
- detect problems with append()
```
newSlice := append(orgSlice, val)
```
This could lead to nasty bugs because the orgSlice will be changed in
place if it has enough capacity too hold the new elements. Thus we
newSlice might not be a copy.

Of course most of the changes are just cosmetic and do not cause any
logic errors but I think it is a good idea to enforce a common style.
This should help maintainability.

system prune: remove all networks
podman system prune should also remove all networks. When we want to
users to migrate to the new network stack we recommend to run podman
system reset. However this did not remove networks and if there were
still networks around we would continue to use cni since this was
considered an old system.

There is one exception for the default network. It should not be removed
since this could cause other issues when it no longer exists. The
network backend detection logic ignores the default network so this is
fine.

Jhon Honce 33944cefe7 [Techinal Debt] Cleanup ABI vs. Tunnel CLI commands
[NO TESTS NEEDED]

This commit cleans up two issues:
* Most commands support all EngineModes so default to that. Let
  outlayers declare their intent.
* Use cobra.Annotations to set supported EngineMode. This simplies
instantiating commands as there is now one method to communicate a
  commands requirements rather than two.
* Combined aliased commands into one file
* Fixed aliased commands where Args field did not match
* Updated examples in README.md for writing commands
* Remove redundant flag DisableFlagsInUseLine in cobra.Command
  initialization.

Paul Holzinger b5d1d89a37 Add shell completion with cobra
Allow automatic generation for shell completion scripts
with the internal cobra functions (requires v1.0.0+).

This should replace the handwritten completion scripts
and even adds support for fish. With this approach it is
less likley that completions and code are out of sync.

We can now create the scripts with
- podman completion bash
- podman completion zsh
- podman completion fish

To test the completion run:
source <(podman completion bash)

The same works for podman-remote and podman --remote and
it will complete your remote containers/images with
the correct endpoints values from --url/--connection.

The completion logic is written in go and provided by the
cobra library. The completion functions lives in
`cmd/podman/completion/completion.go`.

The unit test at cmd/podman/shell_completion_test.go checks
if each command and flag has an autocompletion function set.
This prevents that commands and flags have no shell completion set.

This commit does not replace the current autocompletion scripts.

Valentin Rothberg 8489dc4345 move go module to v2
With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go
modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside
of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the
outside.

Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to
`github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports
was done via `gomove` [1].
