podman-remote image trust is broken
We should not be making it available, it does nothing.

More cleanup for failures on missing commands.
Currently in podman if a user specifies a command that does not exist
the tool shows the help information. This patch changes it to show
information like:

$ ./bin/podman foobar
Error: unrecognized command 'podman foobar'
Try 'podman --help' for more information.
$ ./bin/podman volume foobar
Error: unrecognized command `podman volume foobar`
Try 'podman volume --help' for more information.
$ ./bin/podman container foobar
Error: unrecognized command `podman container foobar`
Try 'podman container --help' for more information.

Don't show global flags except for podman command
Subcommands should not be showing the global flags. This causes the important
information to scroll off the screen.

Also fixed a typo on runCommmand (Too many 'm's)

baude 25a3923b61 Migrate to cobra CLI
We intend to migrate to the cobra cli from urfave/cli because the
project is more well maintained. There are also some technical reasons
as well which extend into our remote client work.

Qi Wang 31edf47285 Support podman image trust command
Display the trust policy of the host system. The trust policy is stored in the /etc/containers/policy.json file and defines a scope of registries or repositories.
