Paul Holzinger	5c6ab3075e	Fix podman network disconnect wrong NetworkStatus number The allocated `tmpNetworkStatus` must be allocated with the length 0. Otherwise append would add new elements to the end of the slice and not at the beginning of the allocated memory.
