baude 87df1ce01f Add short-option handling to logs
podman logs already supports the latest command line switch.  users should be able
to use the short-options combined (i.e. podman logs -lf).

umohnani8 7ffb8a7900 Add CRI logs parsing to podman logs
Podman logs was not parsing CRI logs well, especially
the F and P logs. Now using the same parsing code as
in kube here.

Valentin Rothberg 3839c00ae2 don't print help message for usage errors
Don't print potentially verbose help messages in case of usage errors,
but print only the usage error followed by a pointer to the command's
help.  This aligns with Docker.

```
$ podman run -h
flag needs an argument: -h
See 'podman run --help'.
```

baude 39a7a773a6 varlink images
implement varlink image functions for working with libpod with the exception of a
couple due to incompletions on the libpod side of things (build).

also, created a first pass at a libpodpy package which will stand as a client to
working with libpod's varlink methods using python.

baude 0c4a276a04 podman logs -f: does not detect container stop or rm
If a container stops, we should stop the logging capability and
gracefully exit. However, if the container pauses, we should allow
the log to continue.

baude fa9658cbfa podman logs: fix tailing
Fix issues with tailing of container logs as described
in issue #16.  Also add in the ability to use a duration or
known time stamp formats for the --since flag.

baude 7b08aa78e4 Shortcut for most recent container
It is desirable to have a shortcut for the most
recently created container.  We can now use "**latest"
to represent the most recent container instead of its
container ID or name.  For example:
