The ShellCheck tool currently doesn't exist on EPEL10, so we run them only on Fedora and EL9 envs. Ref: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2328756 Packit test failure notifications have also been modified to reflect tests other than podman tests.
