The example was not entirely correct. Users should use `podman generate
systemd` and use the output either directly or as a template for further
adjustments to their needs. Keeping an example in the rootless tutorial
is a maintenance burdon and can easily suggest incorrect usage patterns
to users.

When enabling a systemd service we can specify which target will start
it by specifying it in the `[INSTALL]` section. In case of root, this
is commonly set to `multi-user.target` which is used to start other
essential system services such as the network manager, D-BUS and more.
However, the `multi-user.target` is not enough on all systems,
especially when running rootless and enabling user services. Multiple
users have reported issues that there isn't even an attempt to start the
service.
Setting the INSTALL target to `default.target` will fix the rootless
case. However, `default.target` may vary among systems. Fedora
Workstation, for instance, sets the `default.target` to the graphical
target (i.e., runlevel 5) while Fedora Server sets it to
`multi-user.target` which is on runlevel 2 and hence way earlier in the
startup sequence.
As INSTALL allows for specifying multiple INSTALL targets, we can set it
to `multi-user.target` to continue supporting existing workloads AND to
`default.target` which MAY redundantly attempt to start it at a later point;
effectively a NOP for the root case and essential for rootless.

The --rmi flag will delete the container image after its execution
unless that image is already been used by another container(s).
This is useful when one wants to execute a container once and remove
any resources attached to it.

This patch allows users to specify the list of capabilities required
to run their container image.
Setting a image/container label "io.containers.capabilities=setuid,setgid"
tells podman that the contained image should work fine with just these two
capabilties, instead of running with the default capabilities, podman will
launch the container with just these capabilties.
If the user or image specified capabilities that are not in the default set,
the container will print an error message and will continue to run with the
default capabilities.

Looks like a bit of a misunderstanding from early on.
Docker implements --filter=since=IMAGE. Podman implements 'after'
instead of 'since'. Add an equivalent case statement to handle
both, keeping 'after' because we have no way of knowing if it
is used in the field.
Update documentation ... and fix what looks like a complete
misinterpretation of what the code actually does: the man page
claimed that these were time fields, but I don't see any
possible incantation in which a time value works or could
work. Updated docs to reflect IMAGE usage. Also changed
nonworking '==' to single '='.

I saw some bad formatting when reading "man podman-run" and
proceeded to fix it. I have now opened a can of worms...
This commit tries to fix some of the formatting, wording and
other bugs I came across (unfortunately not all of them).
Can't list every fix that I made here, but in general:
- format lists as such (prepend items with "- ");
- format examples as such (enclose in ```...```);
- format literal values (option names, literal values) as **bold**;
- format man page references as **page**(1).
- format replacements (option values) and file names as _italic_;
- remove some duplicate info (such as what's the default value);
- move option value description to option syntax;
- end sentences with a period.

The `fuse-overlayfs` package provided by Ubuntu up to 19.10, is not
recent enough and causes errors on `buildah commit`, for instance.
Adjust the rootless tutorial to point this out and to provide more
detailed instructions on how to obtain `fuse-overlayfs` and configure it
for use by `libpod`.

pre-commit allows us to easily introduce other linters in follow-ups,
like bashate.
Note: pre-commit tool does *not* install any git-hooks. Making commits

Implement a policy for selecting a seccomp profile. In addition to the
default behaviour (default profile unless --security-opt seccomp is set)
add a second policy doing a lookup in the image annotation.
If the image has the "io.containers.seccomp.profile" set its value will be
interpreted as a seccomp profile. The policy can be selected via the
new --seccomp-policy CLI flag.
Once the containers.conf support is merged into libpod, we can add an
option there as well.
Note that this feature is marked as experimental and may change in the
future.

Add a --new flag to podman-generate-systemd to create a new container
via podman-run instead of starting an existing container.
Creating a new container presents the challenge to find a reverse
mapping from a container to the CLI flags it can be created with. We
are doing this via `(Container).Config.CreateCommand` field, which
includes a copy of the process' command from procFS at creating time.
This field may not be useful when the container was not created via the
Podman CLI (e.g., via a Python script). Hence, we do not guarantee the
correctness of the generated files.

Two man pages had incorrect references to a nonexistent
policy.conf(5) or policy-conf(5) [dot vs dash]. Fix them.
Also checked for other broken references via:

If the user specifies .Server.* on a non podman-remote,
substitute .Client for .Server and return the value.
This is for compatability with Docker.

This path allows pod prune & pod rm to remove stopped containers in the pod before deleting the pod.
PrunePods and RemovePod should be able to remove containers without force removal of stopped pods.

Add an --ignore flag to podman rm and stop. When specified, Podman will
ignore "no such {container,pod}" errors that occur when a specified
container/pod is not present in the store (anymore). The motivation
behind adding this flag is to write more robust systemd services using
Podman. A user might have manually decided to remove a container/pod
which would lead to a failure during the `ExecStop` directive of a
systemd service referencing that container/pod.

Add a --cidfile flag to podman rm/stop to pass a container ID via a
file. Podman run already provides the functionaly to store the ID
in a specified file which we now complete with rm/stop. This allows
for a better life-cycle management in systemd services. Note that
--cdifile can be specified multiple times to rm/stop.

Bump to Buildah v1.11.5. Most notably changes to the
podman build `--pull` functionality. `--pull=true` and `--pull=false` now
work as Docker does, `--pull-never` added to supply the functionality
of the old `--pull=false`.

change the default on cgroups v2 and create a new cgroup namespace.
When a cgroup namespace is used, processes inside the namespace are
only able to see cgroup paths relative to the cgroup namespace root
and not have full visibility on all the cgroups present on the
system.
The previous behaviour is maintained on a cgroups v1 host, where a
cgroup namespace is not created by default.

--volume option for podman remove. However, its behaviour changed after

when users create a new network and the dnsname plugin can be found by
podman, we will enable container name resolution on the new network.
there is an option to opt *out* as well.
tests cannot be added until we solve the packaging portion of the
dnsname plugin.

Previously, when `podman run` encountered a volume mount without
separate source and destination (e.g. `-v /run`) we would assume
that both were the same - a bind mount of `/run` on the host to
`/run` in the container. However, this does not match Docker's
behavior - in Docker, this makes an anonymous named volume that
will be mounted at `/run`.
We already have (more limited) support for these anonymous
volumes in the form of image volumes. Extend this support to
allow it to be used with user-created volumes coming in from the
`-v` flag.
This change also affects how named volumes created by the
container but given names are treated by `podman run --rm` and
`podman rm -v`. Previously, they would be removed with the
container in these cases, but this did not match Docker's
behaviour. Docker only removed anonymous volumes. With this patch
we move to that model as well; `podman run -v testvol:/test` will
not have `testvol` survive the container being removed by `podman
rm -v`.
The sum total of these changes let us turn on volume removal in
`--rm` by default.

Translate the podman build --squash command to podman build --layers=false which
has the same functionality as docker build --squash. Add a new option --squash-all
which will squash all layers into one. This will be translated to buildah bud --squash
for the buildah bud api.
Also allow only one option, squash, layers or squash--all to be used per build command.

This is a horrible hack to work around issues with Fedora 31, but
other distros might need it to, so we'll move it upstream.
I do not recommend this functionality for general use, and the
manpages and other documentation will reflect this. But for some
upgrade cases, it will be the only thing that allows for a
working system.

"init" is a quite common name for the command executed in a container
image and Podman ends up using the systemd mode also when not
required.
Be stricter on enabling the systemd mode and not enable it
automatically when the basename is "init" but expect the full path
"/usr/sbin/init".

CRI-O defaults to 1024 for the maximum pids in a container. Podman
should have a similar limit. Once we have a containers.conf, we can
set the limit in this file, and have it easily customizable.
Currently the documentation says that -1 sets pids-limit=max, but -1 fails.
This patch allows -1, but also indicates that 0 also sets the max pids limit.

Add ability to evict a container when it becomes unusable. This may
happen when the host setup changes after a container creation, making it
impossible for that container to be used or removed.
Evicting a container is done using the `rm --force` command.

when removing a podman network, we need to make sure we delete the
network interface if one was ever created (by running a container).
also, when removing networks, we check if any containers are using the
network. if they are, we error out unless the user provides a 'force'
option which will remove the containers in question.

When volume options and the local volume driver are specified,
the volume is intended to be mounted using the 'mount' command.
Supported options will be used to volume the volume before the
first container using it starts, and unmount the volume after the
last container using it dies.
This should work for any local filesystem, though at present I've
only tested with tmpfs and btrfs.

Support generating systemd unit files for a pod. Podman generates one
unit file for the pod including the PID file for the infra container's
conmon process and one unit file for each container (excluding the infra
container).
Note that this change implies refactorings in the `pkg/systemdgen` API.

Drop the support for remote clients to generate systemd-service files.
The generated files are machine-dependent and hence relate only to the
a local machine. Furthermore, a proper service management when using
a remote-client is not possible as systemd has no access to a process.
Dropping the support will also reduce the risk of making users believe
that the generated services are usable in a remote scenario.

Added --pull for podman create and pull to match the newly added flag in docker CLI.
`missing`: default value, podman will pull the image if it does not exist in the local.
`always`: podman will always pull the image.
`never`: podman will never pull the image.

Drop the note that Podman ensures to always be the first command.
Runlabels allows for executing any command on the host - which is
something we don't necessarily need to advertise or encourage.

Add warnings/work arounds about NFS and OverlayFS to the troubleshooting guide
and also the main podman page. Verified that these warnings are on the rootless
page already.

If a container is restored multiple times from an exported checkpoint
with the help of '--import --name', the restore will fail if during
'podman run' a static container IP was set with '--ip'. The user can
tell the restore process to ignore the static IP with
'--ignore-static-ip'.

From the bug Podman search returns 25 results even when limit option `--limit` is larger than 25(maxQueries). They want Podman to return `--limit` results.
This PR fixes the number of output result.
if --limit not set, return MIN(maxQueries, len(res))
if --limit is set, return MIN(option, len(res))
