Matt Heon b56331cd2f Add rootless network command to `podman info`
Useful to tell whether containers are being made with pasta or
slirp4netns by default. Info is bloated enough already that I
don't really have concerns about shoving more into it.

Urvashi Mohnani dd8f57a3b4 Add podman farm build command
Add podman farm build command that sends out builds to
nodes defined in the farm, builds the images on the farm
nodes, and pulls them back to the local machine to create
a manifest list.

Always show RemoteSocket.Exists in json
The `Exists` field of the `RemoteSocket` struct is marshaled to json with the
`omitempty` setting. This has the disadvantage that by default `podman info`
shows a `remotePath` entry (the remote path is set in
`pkg/domain/infra/abi/systems.go`: `(*ContainerEngine).Info`) but not that this
path does not exist:
```
❯ podman info --format json | jq .host.remoteSocket
{
  "path": "/run/user/1000/podman/podman.sock"
}
```

By removing the `omitempty`, we ensure that the existence is always shown:
```
❯ bin/podman info --format json | jq .host.remoteSocket
{
  "path": "/run/user/1000/podman/podman.sock",
  "exists": false
}
```

Matt Heon 1013696ad2 Add number of free locks to `podman info`
This is a nice quality-of-life change that should help to debug
situations where someone runs out of locks (usually when a bunch
of unused volumes accumulate).

swagger: fix Info name conflict
go swagger has a flat namespace so it doesn't handle name conflicts at
all. The libpod info response uses the Info struct from some docker dep
instead. Because we cannot change the docker dependency simply rename
the Info struct, but only via swagger comment not the go actual struct.

I verified locally that this works.

Valentin Rothberg e77f370f86 sqlite: add a hidden --db-backend flag
Add a hidden flag to set the database backend and plumb it into
podman-info. Further add a system test to make sure the flag and the
info output are working properly.

Note that the test may need to be changed once we settled on how
to test the sqlite backend in CI.

Alexander Larsson 25d9af8f42 runtime: Handle the transient store options
This handles the transient store options from the container/storage
configuration in the runtime/engine.

Changes are:
 * Print transient store status in `podman info`
 * Print transient store status in runtime debug output
 * Add --transient-store argument to override config option
 * Propagate config state to conmon cleanup args so the callback podman
   gets the same config.

Note: This doesn't really change any behaviour yet (other than the changes
in containers/storage).

Jhon Honce d730f2b254 Add Authorixation field to Plugins for Info

Docker daemon. This field will always be nil for Podman as there is no
daemon. The field is included for compatibility.

Brent Baude 0bb4849377 Additional stats for podman info
In support of podman machine and its counterpart desktop, we have added
new stats to podman info.

For storage, we have added GraphRootAllocated and GraphRootUsed in
bytes.

For CPUs, we have added user, system, and idle percents based on
/proc/stat.

enable gocritic linter
The linter ensures a common code style.
- use switch/case instead of else if
- use if instead of switch/case for single case statement
- add space between comment and text
- detect the use of defer with os.Exit()
- use short form var += "..." instead of var = var + "..."
- detect problems with append()
```
newSlice := append(orgSlice, val)
```
  This could lead to nasty bugs because the orgSlice will be changed in
  place if it has enough capacity too hold the new elements. Thus we
  newSlice might not be a copy.

Of course most of the changes are just cosmetic and do not cause any
logic errors but I think it is a good idea to enforce a common style.
This should help maintainability.
