We now handle CDI qualified names being passed to resources.limits. The
support for that was already in libpod as of ab7f6095a1
when passed via the devices list. this just hooks the kube yaml parser
up to it.
Additionally we introduce `podman.io/device` that accepts device paths
as names and is transparently translated to mimick --device. This allows
bringing arbitrary devices into the container via similar, although
incompatible with, k8s mechanics:
```yaml
resources:
requests:
podman.io/device=/dev/kmsg: 1
```

Many dependencies started using go 1.22 which means we have to follow in
order to update.
Disable the now depracted exportloopref linter as it was replaced by
copyloopvar as go fixed the loop copy problem in 1.22[1]
Another new chnage in go 1.22 is the for loop syntax over ints, the
intrange linter chacks for this but there a lot of loops that have to be
converted so I didn't do it here and disable th elinter for now, th eold
syntax is still fine.

Healthchecks, defined in a .yaml file as livenessProbe did not had any
effect. They were executing as intended, containers were marked as
unhealthy, yet no action was taken. This was never the intended
behaviour, as observed by the comment:
> if restart policy is in place, ensure the health check enforces it
A minimal example is tracked in containers/podman#20903 [1] with the
following YAML:
```yaml
apiVersion: v1
kind: Pod
metadata:
name: ubi-httpd-24
spec:
restartPolicy: Always
containers:
- name: ubi8-httpd
image: registry.access.redhat.com/rhscl/httpd-24-rhel7:2.4-217
livenessProbe:

By passing down the restart policy (and using constants instead of
actually wrong hard-coded ones), Podman actually restarts the container
now.

These files should never be included on the remote client. There only
there to finalize the spec on the server side.
This makes sure it will not get reimported by accident and bloat the
remote client again.

is no longer actively maintained.
`sigs.k8s.io/yaml` is a permanent fork of `ghodss/yaml` and is actively
maintained by Kubernetes SIG.

add support for both creating a secret using yaml and mounting a secret as a volume given a yaml file.
Kubernetes secrets have a different structure than podman and therefore have to be handeled differently.
In this PR, I have introduced the basic usecases of kube secrets with more implementations like env secrets
to come!

assert.Equal() already follows to pointer and compares by value so we
can just directly pass the values. This will make errors much more
obvious. Also remove the fmt.Println() since the error now contains the
values.

This commit replaces `ioutil.TempDir` with `t.TempDir` in tests. The
directory created by `t.TempDir` is automatically removed when the test
and all its subtests complete.
Prior to this commit, temporary directory created using `ioutil.TempDir`
needs to be removed manually by calling `os.RemoveAll`, which is omitted
in some tests. The error handling boilerplate e.g.
defer func() {
if err := os.RemoveAll(dir); err != nil {
t.Fatal(err)
}
}
is also tedious, but `t.TempDir` handles this for us nicely.

We only need a small part of the k8s dependencies but they are the
biggest dependencies in podman by far. Moving them into podman allows us
to remove the unnecessary parts.

Add support for secretRef and secretKeyRef to allow env vars to be set
from a secret. As K8S secrets are dictionaries the secret value must
be a JSON dictionary compatible with the data field of a K8S secret
object. The keys must consist of alphanumeric characters, '-', '_'
or '.', and the values must be base64 encoded strings.

In K8S the pod creation fails if an env var reference a non existing
config map key. It can be marked as optional, but per default it is
mandatory. Podman on the other hand always treat such references as
optional.
Rework envVarsFrom() and envVarValue() to additionaly return an error
and add support for the optional attribute in configMapRef and
configMapKeyRef.

Rework envVarsFromConfigMap() and envVarValue() to simplify supporting
other env sources than config maps. For this we pass the whole spec
generator options struct as parameter instead of just the config maps
list. Then we rename envVarsFromConfigMap() to envVarsFrom() and in
envVarValue() we reposition the loop over the config maps to only run
it when a configMapRef element exists.

we need to migrate play kube away from using the old container creation
method. the new approach is specgen and this aligns play kube with
container creation in the rest of podman.
