Miloslav Trmač	069edc3adf	Add (podman {image,manifest} push --sign-by-sigstore=param-file.yaml) (podman push) and (podman manifest push) now support --sign-by-sigstore=param-file, using the containers-sigstore-signing-params.yaml(5) file format.
