Anjan Nath 8fbb933f5a look for firmware based on the path of qemu binary
this allows users to use a qemu installation that is
not in the default /usr/local/bin location

a user can configure engine.helper_binaries_dir key
or update PATH to include the installation location
to find the qemu binary

Brent Baude a06df4fc1a Machine refactor part 2
This PR further implements a more structured approach to handling the
files needed by machine. More files are now made as MachineFile which
can then have a symlink (using a shorter path) to them. Also added Set
and Get methods for many of the files.

The next part of the refactor will implement the use of symlinks on
MacOS.

Brent Baude cdb6deb148 MacOS improvements
* Enable support of virtfs in Podman and darwin. At the time of this writing, it requires a special patch not yet included in upstream qemu.
* Prefer to use a specially built qemu to support virtfs. The qemu is installed under libexec/podman.

Jonathan Springer 8b4f99ac20 QEMU Apple Silicon: Find BIOS FD wherever
QEmu normally install BIOS images under `/usr/local` prefix, but
Homebrew installs them under `/opt/homebrew`. This change searches both
locations and then puts back to an unpathed name if it doesn't find the
BIOS. (I imitated other architectures' implemenations in that failback
behavior.)

Jonathan Springer c01f7725a5 TCG Accel fallback for Apple Silicon. Iss #10577
Cause qemu to fall back to using TCG acceleration when HVP acceleration
is not available on Darwin Aarch64. Qemu prints a warning which it is
desirable to leave to embarrass the upstream Qemu into approving the HVF
patches.
