In cases of trying to export an image, if the image was not found, we leaked an empty tarball or directory depending on the format.

This patch lets valid values of --format be compatible with docker. Replace CreatedTime with CreatedAt, Created with CreatedSince.
Keep CreatedTime and Created are valid as hidden options.

Rewrite the backend for displaying the history of an image to simplify
the code and be closer to docker's behaviour. Instead of driving
index-based heuristics, create a reverse mapping from top-layers to the
corresponding image IDs and lookup the layers on-demand. Also use the
uncompressed layer size to be closer to Docker's behaviour.
Note that intermediate images from local builds are not considered for
the ID lookups anymore.

Add '.To(BeTrue())' to 'Expect(' statements in unit tests that
are missing them. These tests weren't being compared to anything,
thus reporting false positives.

when doing localized tests (not varlink), we can use secondary image
stores as read-only image caches. this cuts down on test time
significantly because each test does not need to restore the images from
a tarball anymore.

Buildah no longer updates the create time of single-action images
(e.g. `FROM ...` with no other instructions. This isn't a bug (it
matches Docker's behavior), but it broke one of our tests.

We have little to no testing to make sure we don't break podman image and
podman container commands that wrap traditional commands.
This PR adds tests for each of the commands.

Add the ability to run the integration (ginkgo) suite using
the remote client.
Only the images_test.go file is run right now; all the rest are
isolated with a // +build !remotelinux. As more content is
developed for the remote client, we can unblock the files and
just block single tests as needed.

Because our tests are getting so long, we want to be able to audit which tests are taking
the longest to complete. This may indicate a bad test, bad CI, bad code, etc and therefore
should be auditable.
Also, make speed improvements to tests by making sure we only unpack caches images that
actually get used.

Previous code was using slow routines to collect some of the information
needed to output images. Specifically size was being calculated instead
of using the cached, already known size already available. Also, straight-
lined several of the code paths. Overall assessment is that these
improvements cut the time for images in half.

If the output is to a terminal, return a new line at the end of the
output so that the output is visually appealing. If the output is being
piped, or saved to a file, basically not being outputted to a terminal, do
not print a new line at the end of the output. This ensures any further data
manipulation with the results happens smoothly without requiring to remember
the '/n' at the end of the output.
