WalkDir should be faster the Walk, since we often do
not need to stat files.

When podman gets an error it prints out "Error: " before
printing the error string. If the error message starts with
error, we end up with
Error: error ...
This PR Removes all of these stutters.
logrus.Error() also prints out that this is an error, so no need for the
error stutter.

The PlayKube and PlayKubeDown commands accepted a "path" argument to a YAML file
to play. This requires the caller to write the YAML to a file path. The downside
of this is apparent in the HTTP handlers which have to use a temporary file on
disk to store the YAML file.
The file is opened & used as the body of the HTTP request. It's possible to
instead pass a io.Reader and use a fully in-memory request body.
Add backwards-compatible changes to bindings to allow passing either a filepath
or a io.Reader body.
Refactor the podman bindings to use a io.Reader instead of a filepath.
Simplify the HTTP handlers for PlayKube by removing the now unneeded tempfile.

podman build fails on remote build when using a relative context directory.
This is because the context dir was not being added to the tar, so when remote
the compat build function would not be able to stat the contextDir.

Add an `--ignore` flag to `podman image rm` to instruct ignoring image
if a specified image does not exist and to not throw an error. Other
commands (e.g., `podman container rm`) already support this flag.
Such an `--ignore` flag can come in handy in clean-up scripcts such as
the teardown phases in the Podman tests.

pkg/bindings is considered stable. We cannot make changes that would
break any users. If someone uses this field their code would fail to
compile. Since the fix is obviously correct we will keep it but also
add the old field back in to keep compatibility with old code.
When both fields are set ImportArchive is preferred over ImportAchive.

When the Dockerfile isn't in the root directory of the build context,
the client supplies its pathname to the server, but it needs to do so
using "/" as the path separator, not the client OS's path separator.
CI can't test Windows clients, so

The libpod/network packages were moved to c/common so that buildah can
use it as well. To prevent duplication use it in podman as well and
remove it from here.

The libpod/images/remove endpoint is not very REST-ish but, after some
debate, was decided to be implemented as for the following reasons.
First, it allows for batch removing images which improves performance
significantly. Note that Docker does support `rmi -a`!
Second, it allows for hiding the logic of setting the right exit code to
use from the client and keep all the logic on the server.
Hence, when removing an image that does not exist, the server will
return a 200. The response, however, includes the error message to be
used *and* the exit code that podman-remote will use.

for the container network. The options are added to the cli and api.

Having a parameter that modifies the provides types.SystemContext
seems rather unexpected and risky to have around - and the only
user of that is actually a no-op, others only provide a nil
SystemContext; so, remove that option and simplify (well, somewhat;
many callers now have extra &types.SystemContext{AuthFilePath}
boilerplate; at least that's consistent with that code carrying
a TODO to create a larger-scope SystemContext).

Podman remote must treat build secrets as part of context directory. If
secret path is absolute path on host copy it to tar file and pass it to
remote server.

Following commit makes sure that `build` api can accept external
secret and allows currently `NOOP` `podman-remote build -t tag
--secret id=mysecret,src=/path/on/remote` to become functional.
Just like `docker` following api is a hidden field and only exposed to
`podman-remote` but could document it if it needs exposed on `swagger`.

Add a new flag to set the start timeout for a generated systemd unit.
To make naming consistent, add a new --stop-timeout flag as well and let
the previous --time map to it.
