This is a cosmetic change. The help message for `podman version` is in
title case whereas all other command help messages are not in title
case. This stands out as inconsistent when looking at the output of
`podman help`.

We missed bumping the go module, so let's do it now :)
* Automated go code with github.com/sirkon/go-imports-rename
* Manually via `vgrep podman/v2` the rest

* --format "table {{.field..." will print fields out in a table with
headings. Table keyword is removed, spaces between fields are
converted to tabs
* Update parse.MatchesJSONFormat()'s regex to be more inclusive
* Add report.Headers(), obtain all the field names to be used as
column headers, a map of field name to column headers may be provided
to override the field names
* Update several commands to use new functions

Allow more variants to yield json output for `podman version` and
`podman info`. Instead of comparing strings, use a regex and add
unit and e2e tests.

With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go
modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside
of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the
outside.
Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to
`github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports
was done via `gomove` [1].

Currently podman -v does not work but the other version checks all pass.
enabling tests to that we can get more tests running in CI.

If the user specifies .Server.* on a non podman-remote,
substitute .Client for .Server and return the value.
This is for compatability with Docker.
Since prior versions documented --format {{ .Version }}, we
have to continue to support that.

when doing localized tests (not varlink), we can use secondary image
stores as read-only image caches. this cuts down on test time
significantly because each test does not need to restore the images from
a tarball anymore.

initial enablement of podman-remote version. includes add a APIVersion const
that will allow us to check compatibility between host/client when connections
are made.
also added client related information to podman info.

Add the ability to run the integration (ginkgo) suite using
the remote client.
Only the images_test.go file is run right now; all the rest are
isolated with a // +build !remotelinux. As more content is
developed for the remote client, we can unblock the files and
just block single tests as needed.

Because our tests are getting so long, we want to be able to audit which tests are taking
the longest to complete. This may indicate a bad test, bad CI, bad code, etc and therefore
should be auditable.
Also, make speed improvements to tests by making sure we only unpack caches images that
actually get used.
