Make sure to ignore local {container, docker}ignore files when building a

cdoern 94df701512 Implement Podman Container Clone
podman container clone takes the id of an existing continer and creates a specgen from the given container's config
recreating all proper namespaces and overriding spec options like resource limits and the container name if given in the cli options

this command utilizes the common function DefineCreateFlags meaning that we can funnel as many create options as we want
into clone over time allowing the user to clone with as much or as little of the original config as they want.

container clone takes a second argument which is a new name and a third argument which is an image name to use instead of the original container's

the current supported flags are:

--destroy (remove the original container)
--name (new ctr name)
--cpus (sets cpu period and quota)
--cpuset-cpus
--cpu-period
--cpu-rt-period
--cpu-rt-runtime
--cpu-shares
--cpuset-mems
--memory
--run

cdoern 9eb88ea474 Podman pod create --share-parent vs --share=cgroup
separated cgroupNS sharing from setting the pod as the cgroup parent,
made a new flag --share-parent which sets the pod as the cgroup parent for all

remove cgroup from the default kernel namespaces since we want the same default behavior as before which is just the cgroup parent.

libpod: deduplicate ports in db
The OCICNI port format has one big problem: It does not support ranges.
So if a users forwards a range of 1k ports with podman run -p 1001-2000
we have to store each of the thousand ports individually as array element.
This bloats the db and makes the JSON encoding and decoding much slower.
In many places we already use a better port struct type which supports
ranges, e.g. `pkg/specgen` or the new network interface.

Because of this we have to do many runtime conversions between the two
port formats. If everything uses the new format we can skip the runtime
conversions.

This commit adds logic to replace all occurrences of the old format
with the new one. The database will automatically migrate the ports
to new format when the container config is read for the first time
after the update.

The `ParsePortMapping` function is `pkg/specgen/generate` has been
reworked to better work with the new format. The new logic is able
to deduplicate the given ports. This is necessary the ensure we
store them efficiently in the DB. The new code should also be more
performant than the old one.

To prove that the code is fast enough I added go benchmarks. Parsing
1 million ports took less than 0.5 seconds on my laptop.

Benchmark normalize PortMappings in specgen:
Please note that the 1 million ports are actually 20x 50k ranges
because we cannot have bigger ranges than 65535 ports.

cdoern d28e85741f InfraContainer Rework
InfraContainer should go through the same creation process as regular containers. This change was from the cmd level
down, involving new container CLI opts and specgen creating functions. What now happens is that both container and pod
cli options are populated in cmd and used to create a podSpecgen and a containerSpecgen. The process then goes as follows

FillOutSpecGen (infra) -> MapSpec (podOpts -> infraOpts) -> PodCreate -> MakePod -> createPodOptions -> NewPod -> CompleteSpec (infra) -> MakeContainer -> NewContainer -> newContainer -> AddInfra (to pod state)

Allow changing of port forward rules on restore
Restored containers, until now, had the same port mappings as the
original started container. This commit adds the parameter '--publish'
to 'podman container restore' with the same semantic as during
create/run.

With this change it is possible to create a copy from a container with a
'--publish' rule and replace the original '--publish' setting with a new
one.

 # podman run -p 2345:8080 container
 # podman container checkpoint -l --export=dump.tar
 # podman container restore -p 5432:8080 --import=dump.tar

The restored container will now listen on localhost:5432 instead of
localhost:2345 as the original created container.

Matthew Heon a071939893 Ensure pod infra containers have an exit command
Most Libpod containers are made via `pkg/specgen/generate` which
includes code to generate an appropriate exit command which will
handle unmounting the container's storage, cleaning up the
container's network, etc. There is one notable exception: pod
infra containers, which are made entirely within Libpod and do
not touch pkg/specgen. As such, no cleanup process, network never
cleaned up, bad things can happen.

There is good news, though - it's not that difficult to add this,
and it's done in this PR. Generally speaking, we don't allow
passing options directly to the infra container at create time,
but we do (optionally) proxy a pre-approved set of options into
it when we create it. Add ExitCommand to these options, and set
it at time of pod creation using the same code we use to generate
exit commands for normal containers.

Matthew Heon c4627b5846 Fix container and pod create commands for remote create
In `podman inspect` output for containers and pods, we include
the command that was used to create the container. This is also
used by `podman generate systemd --new` to generate unit files.

With remote podman, the generated create commands were incorrect
since we sourced directly from os.Args on the server side, which
was guaranteed to be `podman system service` (or some variant
thereof). The solution is to pass the command along in the
Specgen or PodSpecgen, where we can source it from the client's
os.Args.

This will still be VERY iffy for mixed local/remote use (doing a
`podman --remote run ...` on a remote client then a
`podman generate systemd --new` on the server on the same
container will not work, because the `--remote` flag will slip
in) but at the very least the output of `podman inspect` will be
correct. We can look into properly handling `--remote` (parsing
it out would be a little iffy) in a future PR.

Matthew Heon 7ac3d906b5 Rework port parsing to support --expose and -P
As part of this, make a major change to the type we use to
represent port mappings in SpecGen (from using existing OCICNI
structs to using our own custom one). This struct has the
advantage of supporting ranges, massively reducing traffic over
the wire for Podman commands using them (for example, the
`podman run -p 5000-6000` command will now send only one struct
instead of 1000). This struct also allows us to easily validate
which ports are in use, and which are not, which is necessary for
--expose.

Once we have parsed the ports from the new struct, we can produce
an accurate map including all currently requested ports, and use
that to determine what ports need to be exposed (some requested
exposed ports may already be included in a mapping from --publish
and will be ignored) and what open ports on the host we can map
them to.
