Ed Santiago e82045f73c e2e tests: stop using UBI images
Red Hat registry is too unreliable. (As of this writing
in January 2023, quay.io is not much better, but this is
a new flake. Ubi has been flaking for a year or more).

Instead of UBI, use the new systemd-image added to system tests
in #16814. Since this reduces the number of cached images,
a few unrelated tests (image count) need to be tweaked.

And, sigh, Fedora systemd colorizes boot messages by default,
causing a failure where we don't see an expected Reached Target
message. I don't want to rely on ASCII formatting codes, so
I've updated the build-systemd-image script so it disables
systemd colors, and have built a new systemd-image:20230106.
Made a few small usability improvements to the script as well.

Closes: #16695

Ed Santiago 4fd5fb97a0 e2e tests: cleanup: capitalize CONSTANTS
A number of standard image names were lower-case, leading to
confusion in code such as:

    registry := podman(... , "-n", "registry", registry, ...)
    ^--- variable ^---- constant

Fix a number of those to be capitalized and with _IMAGE suffix:

    registry := podman(...,                    REGISTRY_IMAGE

Ed Santiago 97ab9176f7 e2e tests: clean up antihelpful BeTrue()s
Many ginkgo tests have been written to use this evil form:

    GrepString("foo")
    Expect(that to BeTrue())

...which yields horrible useless messages on failure:

    false is not true

Identify those (automatically, via script) and convert to:

    Expect(output to ContainSubstring("foo"))

...which yields:

"this output" does not contain substring "foo"

There are still many BeTrue()s left. This is just a start.

This is commit 1 of 2. It includes the script I used, and
all changes to *.go are those computed by the script.
Commit 2 will apply some manual fixes.

Valentin Rothberg feecdf919f make `podman rmi` more robust
The c/storage library is subject to TOCTOUs as the central container and
image storage may be shared by many instances of many tools. As shown
in #6510, it's fairly easy to have multiple instances of Podman running
in parallel and yield image-lookup errors when removing them.

The underlying issue is the TOCTOU of removal being split into multiple
stages of first reading the local images and then removing them. Some
images may already have been removed in between the two stages. To make
image removal more robust, handle errors at stage two when a given image
is not present (anymore) in the storage.

Ed Santiago 20e104351d move from docker.io
Followon to #7965 (mirror registry). mirror.gcr.io doesn't
cache all the images we need, and I can't find a way to
add to its cache, so let's just use quay.io for those
images that it can't serve.

Tools used:
  skopeo copy --all docker://docker.io/library/alpine:3.10.2 \
                    docker://quay.io/libpod/alpine:3.10.2

...and also:

    docker.io/library/alpine:3.2
    docker.io/library/busybox:latest
    docker.io/library/busybox:glibc
    docker.io/library/busybox:1.30.1
    docker.io/library/redis:alpine
    docker.io/libpod/alpine-with-bogus-seccomp:label
    docker.io/libpod/alpine-with-seccomp:label
    docker.io/libpod/alpine_healthcheck:latest
    docker.io/libpod/badhealthcheck:latest

Since most of those were new quay.io/libpod images, they required
going in through the quay.io GUI, image, settings, Make Public.

Ed Santiago b7147afde9 e2e tests: SkipIfRemote(): add a reason
Now that Dan has added helpful comments to each SkipIfRemote,
let's take the next step and include those messages in the
Skip() output so someone viewing test results can easily
see if a remote test is skipped for a real reason or for
a FIXME.

This commit is the result of a simple:

   perl -pi -e 's;(SkipIfRemote)\(\)(\s+//\s+(.*))?;$1("$3");' *.go

in the test/e2e directory, with a few minor (manual) changes
in wording.

Valentin Rothberg 8489dc4345 move go module to v2
With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go
modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside
of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the
outside.

Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to
`github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports
was done via `gomove` [1].

Add new exit codes to rm & rmi for running containers & dependencies
This enables programs and scripts wrapping the podman command to handle
'podman rm' and 'podman rmi' failures caused by paused or running
containers or due to images having other child images or dependent
containers. These errors are common enough that it makes sense to have
a more machine readable way of detecting them than parsing the standard
error output.

this pr allows the libpod integration suite to pass on the

eventually, these tests need to be fixed so that they properly pass. of
note for this PR is:

* changed the ppc64le default container os to be overlay (over vfs) as vfs seems non-performant on ppc64le
* still run vfs for rootless operations
* some images names for ppc64le had to change because they don't exist.

baude d364d41e1b Removing tagged images change in behavior
An image name is really just a tag. When an image has multiple tags, we should be
able to "delete" the one of its tags without harm. In this case, the "delete' is
really a form of Untag (removing the tag from the image).

If an image has multiple tags and the user tries to delete by ID without force, this
should be denied because when you delete by ID there is no distinguishing it like
image tags.
