* The commands are no longer listed or documented.
* The commands still work but print a deprecation warning.
* The commands should be removed in a future version.

unclejack 611acf7a7c handle symlinks for Docker's root dir & TMPDIR 
This removes the incomplete symlink handling from engine.go and it adds
it one place in docker.go.

It also enables handling symlinks for TMPDIR.
