toolbox.sh: respect new TOOLBOX_DO_NOT_OVERRIDE_PS1 

This allows users to set `TOOLBOX_DO_NOT_OVERRIDE_PS1` in their shell configuration to prevent toolbox from overriding PS1.

Addresses #1357
