This adds:
- the ability for functions to request extra resources.
- a flag to disable such functionality (default is enabled), resulting
in any requirement being just ignored.
- two flags to the render command:
- `--extra-resources` to specify extra resources that functions
should be able to request.
- `--include-context` to allow printing the context in the output
of the render command.
