* fix lint issues

* use time duration string instead of number of seconds

* correct typo

* use 'addr' instead of 'server' and 'port' in order to align with url in dsn format

* simplify configuration, and allow PEM configurable

* jsonfy the query result

* add more unit test for mysql binding

* add unit test to verify timestamp

* add type verify in integration test

* add test to verify BOOLEAN
