- Add missing `ConsumerGroup` and `ClientID` metadata properties to
Kafka pubsub component spec.
- Converged documentation of common properties between Kafka pubsub and
bindings components.

When I read this doc it was unclear that the cert could be provided as a secret. The only table on the original version showed `spnCertificateFile` as a required option.
