Check if mTLS is enabled

## Usage

```bash
dapr mtls [flags]
dapr mtls [command]
```

## Available Commands

```txt
expiry      Checks the expiry of the root certificate
export      Export the root CA, issuer cert and key from Kubernetes to local files
```

## Flags
