Matthew X. Economou 3a187aa8a0 feat!: version bump to SATOSA v8.5.1 
This includes fixes for IdentityPython/satosa-docker#10 and
IdentityPython/satosa-docker#12 as well as base image updates.  Please
note that the new maintainer is the same person.  However, the work is
now community-sponsored.

BREAKING CHANGE: This drops support for 32-bit architectures;
cf. IdentityPython/satosa-docker#11.

Economou, Matthew (NIH/NIAID) [C] 8e1f8cd99d Add official image documentation for SATOSA 
SATOSA is a configurable proxy for translating between different
authentication protocols such as SAML2, OpenID Connect, and OAuth2.
It implements the Access Protocol Translation layer of [the
Authentication and Authorization for Research Collaborations (AARC)
Blueprint Architecture](https://aarc-project.eu/architecture/), and it
is the foundation of several spoke-hub-style identity federations.
Adopters include research institutions, higher education, and
governments.
