[SECURITY] Update redis to 6.2.20, 7.2.11,7.4.6, 8.04 and 8.2.2 (#20011) 
* Update redis to 6.2.20, 7.2.11, 7.4.6, 8.0.4, and 8.2.2

(CVE-2025-49844) A Lua script may lead to remote code execution
(CVE-2025-46817) A Lua script may lead to integer overflow and potential RCE
(CVE-2025-46818) A Lua script can be executed in the context of another user
(CVE-2025-46819) LUA out-of-bound read

* For 8.X use commit hashes instead of annotated tag hashes

Update Redis versions with July 2025 CVE fixes 
Security updates for all non-milestone Redis versions:
- Redis 8.0.2 → 8.0.3 (CVE-2025-32023, CVE-2025-48367)
- Redis 7.4.4 → 7.4.5 (CVE-2025-32023, CVE-2025-48367)
- Redis 7.2.9 → 7.2.10 (CVE-2025-32023, CVE-2025-48367)
- Redis 6.2.18 → 6.2.19 (CVE-2025-32023, CVE-2025-48367)

CVE-2025-32023: Fix out-of-bounds write in HyperLogLog commands
CVE-2025-48367: Retry accepting other connections even if the accepted connection reports an error

Milestone release 8.2-m01 remains unchanged.

- Use commit c0091fa744e1437a972c5ee5c8062dc1894e6ab7 from release/8.2 branch
- Based on upstream master for clean milestone release
