opts: remove deprecated NewNamedListOptsRef, NewNamedMapOpts

These were deprecated in 6f0c66c152 and are
no longer used.

This removes the deprecated:

- `NewNamedListOptsRef`
- `NewNamedMapOpts`
- `NamedListOpts`
- `NamedMapOpts`
- `NamedOption`
