extended docker engine uninstall instructions 

added instructions to remove other docker related resources when uninstalling engine from linux systems:
    ```bash
    $ sudo rm -rf /run/docker
    $ sudo rm -rf /var/run/docker
    $ sudo rm -rf /etc/docker
    ```
