Fix mistakes in LVM config procedure (#3447)

Converted docker/thinpool to thin pool.

thin_pool_autoextend_threshold = 80

space that needs to be used before LVM attempts to auto-extend the available

space. To disable automatic extension entirely, set the value to `100`. This
