Desktop on Mac: remove out-of-date note about IPv6 and DNS
We don't parse /etc/resolv.conf ourselves any more; in fact if the upstream resolvers are IPv6 this will actually work! We still don't support IPv6 apart from this. Signed-off-by: David Scott <dave.scott@docker.com>
