The docker run argument order is -dit in most part, bu i found a different order -idt here.I believe it is  better to have inconsistent order in the entire documentation. It can be confusing for new-bees if they see these parameters are ordered inconsistently across documentation flow.

art 47f2238e82 Adding link to ICCS docs 
We had some users find the D4IC docs and think that it was the same
thing as the IBM Cloud container service docs. To address this, I added:
* Link on the index page to the ICCS docs
* An FAQ in case they are looking for containers in Kubernetes clusters
