it is not a root role.
Updated the cryptoservice tests to test all key algorithms, all roles,
and cryptoservices without a GUN. This then also found bugs in
cryptoservice.GetKey, cryptoservice.RemoveKey, and
cryptoservice.GetPrivateKey, which weren't really being exercised
previously.
