* Update install to ensure extras repo is enabled
The `extras` repos are required for 17.06 which depends on the
`container-selinux` package.
CentOS typically has the repo enabled by default, but in some cases may
be disabled, and RHEL never has it enabled by default.
This is provided by the main Fedora repos and does not require any extra
setting.

The yum-utils package is not installed by default
on some cloud providers, causing the
`yum-config-manager --add-repo` step to fail.

I've added in the '--rm' argument to the 'script method' and to the 'add your user to docker group' examples to match the first instruction. Purely a consistency thing, and so new users can appreciate not having a few hello-world containers spawned. Ta.
