## Description
Quick refresh of autobuild content.
- Updated some linkTitles and weights to make the titles more scannable
in the nav and somewhat logically ordered.
- Updated capitalization to sentence case for consistency.
- `Automated builds`->`[Aa]utomated builds`
- `Autobuild`->`[Aa]utobuild`
- `Automated tests`->`[Aa]utomated tests`
- `Autotest`->`[Aa]utotest`
- Updated note formatting.
- Fixed some vale nags.
- `above`->`previous`
- `click`->`select`
Did a `git mv` with the following files, but I think the similar file
names caused everything to be flagged as new/deleted rather than just
renamed. Not planning to do a deeper refresh of the existing content at
this time.
- Renamed `_index.md` to `setup.md`
- Renamed `how-builds-work.md` to `_index.md`

## Description
We received Hotjar feedback that the new DCP pricing email caused
confusion about Docker Hub usage, storage, pulls. To clarify:
- I updated the usage definition to define usage as 1. Pulls 2. Storage
- I updated the Rate limiting section to clarify that rate limiting only
applies to pulls (confirmed with @sheltongraves)

## Description
Refreshed Hub Quickstart.
- Added a brief intro.
- Added the "how to find an image" use-case.
- Updated pull/push steps to use the same image to show how easy it is
to extend images.
- Moved install DD and create an account as prereqs to keeps the steps
Hub-focused.
- Updated next steps to have a more natural flow related to the previous
step.
