Update hello-world ref to clarify it is source only

The "hello-world" repository (somewhat intentionally) does not contain any instructions for building it, but the instructions to do so already followed this line, so this adjusts the wording to be more clear that the source code lives in the hello-world repository without implying that there are instructions for building there as well.

I looked forever to find this information. The expected section to find this information is this page, not where it ends up at the bottom of overview.
Based on the v3 overview of compose-files, it seems it can be included with this line- as thats how they did it there.
A link would also work, or a copy of the whole section. Using include has the added benefit however of making a single section with changes updated across the docs if needed.

* Workaround for outdated slirp4netns on debian
I had issue on debian 11 where the package on the
main apt repositories was too old. This provides workaround, by
adding the testing repos to sources list then upgrading slirp4netns

- remove the installation instructions to `slirp4netns` and link to the releases page, which will have it anyway.
