This commit re-adds the deleted list of 3rd party drivers. I believe this was missed when moving the docs as this list is
referenced by other parts of the documentation.
Rename AVAILABLE_DRIVER_PLUGINS to AVAILABLE_DRIVER_PLUGINS.md
