Sunny e996848555 GitRepo: Add observed content config in status ... Replace content config checksum with explicit artifact content config observations. It makes the observations of the controller more transparent and easier to debug. Introduces `observedIgnore`, `observedRecurseSubmodules` and `observedInclude` status fields.
