* Rewrite contribution guides to empower reviewers This rewrite includes the following changes: - Implement the new reviewer role. - Restructure the contribution guides into multiple smaller pages to make them easier to reference. - Added separate pages for adding new content and reviewing content. - Added clarifying text for the implemented shortcodes and processes. - Updated all links. - Added color-coded flow chart of the review process.
