Praqma Release User 8337104d04 [WiP] Working model for GlobalMatrix Authentication. 
Still requires some things to be ironed out (Permission API)
But enables you to configure MatrixAuth via code.
Good enough for now. Put TODO's in relevant places for things to be fixed.
