For the sake of consistency with out own service commands and for kubectl,
`kn plugin list` should print:

`kn service list` should print:

```
and not `No resources found.` like it does now.
Same for `kn routes list`.

`kn service list` should print NAMESPACE column when specifying `--all-namespace` option, which follows the kubectl convention.

hardcorded default namespace.
