List plugins

### Synopsis
|
|
|
|
List all installed plugins.
|
|
|
|
Available plugins are those that are:
|
|
- executable
|
|
- begin with "kn-"
|
|
- Kn's plugin directory
|
|
- Anywhere in the execution $PATH
|
|
|
|
