Encapsulate our change detection slightly. * Support common spec mutations via duck typing. This adds support for performing common mutations to objects via duck types and JSON patching. Fixes: https://github.com/knative/pkg/issues/76 * Eliminate getSpecJSON thru schemaless duck typing.
