Steps performed:
- copy the `RunPolicy` from common to `types.go`
- fix compilation errors by using the local RunPolicy definition
- run `make generate`
- run `make all`
- regenerate openapi_generated.go by `./hack/python-sdk/gen-sdk.sh` (with commented out rollback)
