Upgrade to Gophercloud v2 
Essentially:

* Add a context argument to Gophercloud functions
* Refactor scheduler hints for server creation

Ole Markus With 29682700c7 Don't use nova for glance mocks 
Fetching images through nova is deprecated and removed in newer versions
of the compute API. Mocks now reflect this behavior.
