The *Upgrade a `kops` cluster from one Kubernetes version to another* link was referring to itself (`cluster_upgrades_and_migrations.md`) but I believe it's supposed to link to `updates_and_upgrades.md`.

Allow users to override the CoreDNS image version to take advantage of local image registries or differing versions of the image to allow quicker access to new/improved CoreDNS plugins.

Change default port for memberlist from 3997 
We had a port collision on 3997; change the default memberlist ports
to avoid the collision (we haven't shipped a release with this in it).

Also create a go file so that we can use constants to keep track of
our port numbers, rather than magic values.

Adds the ability to configure the number of Typha replicas when using Calico CNI in 1.12+
to limit the impact of Calico on the APIServer and increase the scalability of the cluster.

Also adds the ability to configure Typha's Prometheus config.

Add --wait argument to kops validate 
With this argument, kops validate will poll until the timeout expires,
waiting for readiness.  On readiness or on timer expiration, it exits
as if wait was not present.

Adding documentation to mitigate workload outages on AWS 
When running the upgrade process to quickly roll all the master, you can
enter a state which causes nodes to become `NotReady`. This can lead to
nodes (potentially _all_ nodes) being removed from ELBs managed by
Kubernetes Services type LoadBalancer. In order to avoid this you can add
an IAM policy which temporarily blocks Kubernetes from removing nodes
from ELBs, thus mitigating the temporary reconciliation state.

The current `master` version of the document contains a few formatting issues that makes it hard to read. The proposed changes attempt to make formatting better to read and concise. Rendering the Github markdown will provide better "before and after" view of the changes.
