Support for creating Jobs at specified times/dates (i.e. cron) is available in Kubernetes [1.4](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/11980). More information is available in the [cron job documents](/docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/cron-jobs/) You can use a [`CronJob`](/docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/cron-jobs/) to create a Job that will run at specified times/dates, similar to the Unix tool `cron`.
