The code example uses `preferredDuringScheduling...`, as opposed to
`requiredDuringScheduling...`. So the anti-affinity rule is a soft one. It
says that the pod _should_ not be scheduled on [...] rather than that the pod
_cannot_ be scheduled on [...].
