Remove exec permission on markdown files
For some unknown reasons, we have got many markdown files with exec
permission. That is weird and risky.

Set sitemap priority for key pages
The very key pages get 1.0 priority; other good landing pages get 0.9
and the remaining pages have a default priority, 0.75.
