The discussion about "managing labels effectively" and "updating labels"
are currently difficult to find. They are supposed to be part of the labels
concept page. This PR moves this two sections there and adjusts the links
where they were pointed at.
- move Understanding Kubernetes Objects to be section overview
- within the section, consistently link to the new (moved) page from the
first mention of “object”
- add a redirect

k8s.gcr.io is deprecated in favor of registry.k8s.io. The kubernetes
codebase have been updated with the new endpoint.

* Adding example to show labels in POD yaml
This page talk about labels and its usage. Also it talk about syntax for specifying labels. But it does not show how we can have labels in resource manifest. So with this PR i am adding example which shows that how we can have labels in pod manifest.
