Add validation of input parameters as unquoted MariaDB identifiers, and
document the regex that does it.
Accept a narrower interface (Queryer) for `Insert()`.
Take a list of fields rather than a string containing multiple fields,
to make validation simpler. Rename retCol to returningColumn.
Document safety properties and requirements.
